What Our Employees Say

Everyone, over all of the companies work very hard every day but has some fun every day along the way. Great free clothing, food events all the time. We cook and eat here all of the time!

I believe the company goes above and beyond to make you feel as if you're part of a family. We have pot luck meals about once a quarter. We have quarterly employee meetings where everyone in the organization is made aware of what is going on in all processes of the organization. They have supplied fitness centers at 2 of our 3 locations, which isn't bad considering we're a fairly small organization in the middle of "cornfield" Iowa.

Everything here is really amazing. People, morale, work ethic, and openness from all levels. You feel rewarded after a day of hard work and go home feeling satisfied with your achievements. Open Gates is unlike any place I have worked before in terms of acceptance into the workforce. I was immediately comfortable. After the first week I was already overall happier.

Open Gates is a very entrepreneurial group of people, and has evolved more in the time I've been here than any other business I've been part of. Very creative, very light on its feet, this is a very unique place to work, and I am grateful to be here.
