Who you'll work with...

Nate Nisely, the IT Director, is an extremely helpful, cheerful, willing teammate. If I ask for his assistance on something, I always get more than requested. He will see the additional steps that can be taken to make things even better! Nate is patient and upbeat--I always feel uplifted after working with him!

Although I know some of my questions must seem basic and annoying to him, he never lets that show! He is respectful at all times. Nate is proactive. Because he works in all the buildings, he has a broad view of our infrastructure, and he brings that perspective to the work he does with IT, with safety, and with the projects he works on.

He raises issues that need to be addressed to help prevent problems. Finally, Nate is very supportive of his teammates. He sees his job as helping us do ours, making it a pleasure to work with him.
